Yeclano Deportivo is a modest football team of the city of Yecla of recent creation. In 2004 it was born with the illusion and ambition of a population to achieve success in the arduous path of the lower categories of Spanish football.

It currently plays in the Second Division B, its highest category after passing through Territorial Preferente and Tercera. The club is only 16 years old, but the house where it plays its home matches is an emblem of the municipality.

Founded in 1944 with a capacity for 4,000 people, the Municipal Football Field “La Constitución” is home to the dreams of its supporters. Faced with the need to change the skin of the pitch, Yeclano Deportivo entrusted Realturf, the first artificial turf company with a FIFA licence, to replace the pitch and give it a professional and rejuvenated appearance.

For this work, a specific product was used to meet the needs and demands of the club and the use of the pitch. The Nature 45 Pad 10 had all the characteristics to provide the best playing experience for the club. As a highlight, the installation was carried out with sustainable materials.

The most common is that the padding comes from a petroleum derivative, but on this occasion cork was chosen as an ecological and sustainable reinforcement to achieve the same performance.
