MEMORY D 40 + PAD10 Artificial Turf

REALTURF MEMORY D40 is a state-of-the-art artificial turf 40 mm high, made of 100% polyethylene fibers, with six diamond shaped filaments (12 strands) per stitch, two shades of sporty green, and memory effect that favors its immediate recovery after each footprint.

It complies with the strict FIFA anti-UV treatment standard , it´s weather-resistant, woven using Tufting in line system and with a gauge of ⅝ inches between stitch lines and 14.5 stitches per linear meter, resulting in a total of about 9,200 stitches per square meter and 13,000 decitex, bringing it to a total weight of 2,165 g/m².

The base of the system is made with double backing, a polypropylene (PP) layer and a layer of woven fabric, to ensure the dimensional stability of the turf. A final latex

sealing will guarantee a tuft lock strength ≥50 N.

A real premanufactured pad 10mm thick is installed between the grass and the base, to provide the necessary cushioning to meet the most demanding standards, plus achieving a dual function of maintaining the game properties longer and reducing the need for maintenance.

The installation is carried out on a regular, resistant base and the joints are bonded by using a two-component polyurethane adhesive, bonding tape, silica sand filling (round, washed and dried 0.5-1.0 mm) with a 14 kg/m² endowment and black recycled rubber gran size 0.8-2.5 mm with 8 kg/m² included.  The marking of play lines is in the same material in white and 10 cm wide, complying with the    

R.F.E.F. regulations, and 7 cm wide in the seven-a-side fields.

The resulting system obtains the FIFA QUALITY and FIFA QUALITY PRO level to comply with the required certifications, up to the optimal levels according to FIFA QUALITY PROGRAMME (according to the last review of the FIFA Quality Program for Football Turf).
