PROTURF Artificial Turf
REALTURF PROTURF is a 12 mm high artificial grass with fibrillated state-of-the art threads. This product is perfect to use in padel clubs for the practice of a fast game, with a moderate traffic use, and the fibers exposed to greater wear.
The product is manufactured with a in-line tufting system with a gauge of 5/32 inches between stitch lines, 45,000 stitches per square meter, and a total weight of 2,188 g/m². Its fibers also have an anti-UV treatment, which give an excellent, resistant finishing for the most demanding weather conditions.
The installation of the turf rolls is carried out on an even, resistant base, with adequate drainage, and the joints are bonded by a bicomponent polyurethane adhesive tape. A silica sand filling (round, washed and dried 0.5-1.0mm) with about 14 kg/m² is recommended.
The marking of play lines is 5cm with the same material in white, complying with the regulations of the F.E.P.
