Artificial Turf COMBO MAX 32

REALTURF COMBO MAX 32 is a state-of-the-art artificial turf that doesn´t required SBR infill and that combines fibrillated straight fibrillated fibers with semi-concave monofilaments of three asymmetric nerves.  Its combination of fibers and three shades of sporty green give it the most natural look and the recovery and stability of padding.

This product has a 32 mm height, woven by in-line Tufting system and a gauge of ⅜ inches between stitch lines, 16,800 stitches per square meter, thickness of 400 µm on monofilaments, and a thickness of 110  µm on fibrillated, a total weight of 4,010 g/m² and 20,300 decitex.  The anti-UV treatment of fibers makes it exceptional and resistant to extreme weather conditions.

The base is a triple backing manufactured with a double layer of polypropylene (PP) and a third layer of woven fabric that guarantees the dimensional stability of the system.  The latex sealing layer guaranteed the final pull start strength of 50 N.  

The installation is carried out on a regular, resistant base and the joints are bonded by using a two-component polyurethane adhesive, bonding tape, silica sand (round, washed and dried 0,5-1,0 mm) with 25kg/m²  Marking of play lines are in the same material  in white, 10 cm wide and 7cm wide on the football 7 field, complying with the regulations of the R.F.E.F.
