Artificial Turf XTREME 40

REALTURF XTREME 40 is a state-of-the-art artificial grass of 400 µm, 100% polyethylene, manufactured with semi-concave monofilaments with three asymmetric nerves, which gives them an unbeatable recovery and a natural appearance thanks to the two shades sports green color.

It has 40 mm height fibers, 13,000 decitex, ⅝ inches gauge between stitches and 13.5 stitches per linear meter, which is a product of about 8,500 stitches per square meter, and a total weight of 2,395 gr.  The fibers are specially treated in an independent UV laboratory, and give the product a high durability even in extreme weather conditions.

It has a triple backing reinforced base made with a double layer of polypropylene (PP) and a third layer of woven fabric to ensure the dimensional stability of the base.  The latex sealing layer guarantees a pull starting strength of approximately 50N.

The product must be installed on an even, compacted surface and the joints of the rolls glued with a bicomponent polyurethane adhesive on bonding tape, filled with silica sand (round, washed and dried 0.5-1.0mm) with 14kg/m² endowment and 0,8-2,5mm SBR recycled rubber padding with 8kg/m² included.  Marking of play lines are in the same material in white 10 cm wide and 7cm wide on the football 7 field, complying with the regulations of the R.F.E.F.
