REALTURF XTREME PRO is our state-of-the-art 60mm high artificial turf surface manufactured with semi-concave monofilaments, 100% polyethylene (PE), with three memory effect asymmetric nerves and a two-tones sports green.

With anti-UV treatment and resistant to extreme weather conditions, woven using the Tufting system in line, with a gauge of ⅝ inches between stitch lines and 14 stitches  per linear decimeter, to a total of about 9,000 stitches per square meter, 18,000 decitex and a thickness of 400 µm, with a total weight of 3,630 g/m².

The base of the system is the triple backing manufactured with a double layer of polypropylene and a third layer of interlaced fabric to ensure the dimensional stability of the base.  The latex sealing guarantees a pull starting strength of approximately 50 N.

The installation is carried out on a regular, resistant base and the joints are bonded by using a two-component polyurethane adhesive, bonding tape, 16kg/m2 of silica sand infill(round, washed and dried 0,5-1,0mm), and black recycled rubber infill with a granulometry of 0.8-2,5mm per sqm endowed with 18kg/m² included.  Marking of play lines are in the same material in white, 10cm wide, and 7cm wide on the football 7 field, complying with the regulations of the R.F.E.F.

The resulting system certified in an official laboratory, FIFA QUALITY level and FIFA QUALITY PRO, complying with the required certifications, up to the optimal levels according to the FIFA QUALITY PROGRAMME.
