XTREME 50 Artificial Turf

REALTURF XTREME 50 state-of-the-art 50 mm high artificial turf manufactured with six monofilaments (12 strands) of polyethylene per stitch, with three semi-concave asymmetric nerves with memory effect, and two-tones sports green color.

It has an anti-UV and weather resistant treatment, woven using Tufting system in line with a gauge of ⅝ inches between stitch lines and 13.5 stitches per linear decimeter, a total of about 8,500 stitches per square meter, 13,000 decitex and a thickness of 400 µm, to a total weight of 2,625 g/m².

The base of the system is a triple backing, manufactured with a double layer of polypropylene (PP) and a third layer of woven fabric to ensure the dimensional stability of the base.  The latex sealing layer guarantees a pull start strength of approximately 50 N.

The installation is carried out on a regular, resistant base and the joints are bonded by using a two-component polyurethane adhesive, bonding tape, silica sand (round, washed and dried 0.5-1.0 mm) with 17 kg/m² endowment and 10 kg/m2 of black recycled rubber infill with a grain size 0.8-2.5 mm.  Marking of play lines are in the same material white, 10 cm wide, and 7cm wide on the football 7 field, complying with the regulations of the R.F.E.F.
