Realturf ratifies and confirms its commitment to the client by extending our product’s guarantee to 10 years. Our products are made with long lasting materials, a priority for us in our commitment to protect the environment. We are constantly developing and choosing the best materials with the least environmental impact, as stated in our ISO Quality and Environmental Standard.

Our goal is to manufacture products that can last from one generation to the next. We are very proud to see that Realturf products that were installed when we started, over 18 years ago, are still being enjoyed by our customers.

Full transparency

We have a full transparency philosophy at Realturf. Therefore we want to state for the record that all commercial guarantees value decrease. The company must repair or replace any defective products during a period of two years. After the two-year period, the value of the product will decrease.

First Year: 100% repair or replacement expenses
Second Year:100% repair or replacement expenses
Third Year: 80% repair or replacement expenses
Fourth Year: 70% repair or replacement expenses
Fifth Year: 60% repair or replacement expenses
Sixth Year: 50% repair or replacement expenses
Seventh Year: 40% repair or replacement expenses
Eighth Year: 30% repair or replacement expenses
Ninth Year: 20% repair or replacement expenses
Tenth Year: 10% repair or replacement expenses

Our products´ guarantee period depends on whether they are a sports or ornamental product, and on the different fiber technologies. You may request your artificial grass guarantee through one of our authorized Realturf distributors or contact us at: calidad@realturf.com
