FSB Giveaway legal bases

The following promotion is property of Realturf Systems S.L., located in Avenida de la Antigua Peseta, 131, Alicante, with B53638391. The fact of participating implies that the participant knows, understands and accepts these rules.

1.Channel.

The promotion will be carried out through Realturf’s social networks:

Additional channels will be used for its dissemination, although only participations through these social channels will be accepted.

2.Participation and acceptance of the rules

Participation is open to individuals over 18 years of age.

Those who do not comply with any of these conditions will be automatically excluded from the promotion.

Those who take part in this promotion accept each of the provisions set out in these terms and conditions.

3.Duration of the promotion

This promotion will be valid from 26 October at 10:00h (start) until 27 October at 18:00h (close).

4.Participation

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Mechanics of participation:

1.Users must visit the Realturf FSB Stand in hall 10.1, stand B040.

2.Enjoy our sofa and take a photo of yourself sitting on it.

3.Share your photo on the sofa on Facebook/Instagram mentioning @realturf and using the hashtag #YourFavouritePlace.

4.Follow us on the social network in which you have participated or both.

The participant cedes his/her rights over the images shared for the participation. Realturf Systems S.L. will be able to use them in its brand channels.

Although the participation is carried out through the social networks Facebook and Instagram, the draw is property of Realturf, which exempts these social networks from any responsibility.

5.Prizes

There are two prizes. One for the first winner and one for the second winner.

First prize
100€ Amazon gift card.

Second prize
Football ball and fan.

The winners will be announced on Wednesday 27th October during our Spanish Party.

If you are the winner but cannot attend the party, you will be able to collect your prize on Thursday 28th and Friday 29th October 2021 at our stand. The organisers are authorised to resolve any contingency not foreseen in the rules.

The delivery of the Amazon card will be symbolic. Amazon recommends the purchase of gift cards in the country of the winning user, so it will not be possible to buy them in advance.

The prize is unique per participant, i.e. only one prize per person is eligible.

6. Selection of the winners

The winners will be selected at random from among all the participants who meet the requirements.

The fact of entering the competition implies full acceptance of the competition rules, as well as the unappealable decision of the jury.

5.Object

The purpose of this promotion is to promote Realturf’s presence at the FSB fair in Cologne (Germany).
